DAY 011 – Holly Lemoine-Raymond, photographed exclusively for the 100 Men Hall People Project (100MHPP).

My first encounter with the Hall was a memorable one. From the first time I saw the Hall I was in love. I was called to meet the previous owners Kerrie and Jesse Loya to take a tour and possibly list the Hall for sale. I was mesmerized by the large open space as I entered the front doors. I could see how much pride and work and gone into building it and preserving it. I couldn’t help wondering what it had been like back in the day. All of the history and culture still remained. I was given the opportunity to list the property with my agency and had the privilege of working and representing the Loya’s and became instant friends. I would spend hours going through press releases, photos, videos and even an HGTV episode at the Hall. I became more familiar with it each day and prayed that someone would come along and love it the way I did. Along came Rachel Dangermond! We all felt an instant connection when we met. I knew she was the one to carry the torch of the Hall. We sold the Hall months later with another one of our favorite local real estate agents, Matt Steiffel. It was an easy transition and felt right for all parties involved. I am excited to see new life in an old soul. The 100 Men Hall couldn’t be in better hands!
