11. The History of Mardi Gras at the 100 Men Hall
Come join us at the 100 Men Hall to learn more about the history of Mardi Gras and how Bay Saint Louis Carnival developed over the years. Chef Chris Hayes of The Smokin Oyster fame will be dishing out soul food. The band on everyone's hit list - Unfazed - will be grooving onstage so we can get our groove on the dance floor. Local resident, Golden Fairconnetue will speak about her own personal and family Mardi Gras history at the Hall.
