JIMBO MATHUS Tin Shed Porch Picking

On Monday, June 27, at 7PM, Tin Shed musician in residence Jimbo Mathus will be picking and grinning on the porch with an Advice from the Ditch booth hosted by Ann Madden and Rachel Dangermond and the outdoor bar will be serving ice cold 100 Men Mules. The 100 WOMEN DBA is hosting this FUNraiser ro replenish the scholarship fund.

The event is FREE to the community, but please purchase a $0 cost ticket to RSVP. 

The 100 WOMEN DBA college scholarship is awarded annually and provides a financial boost ($1500) to two young women of color graduating from Hancock County high schools (Hancock and Bay High School). Two additional scholarships in memory of member, Laura Lucore’s daughter Elena Marie Lorenza Lucore, two additional scholarships are also awarded ($500).

The 100 WOMEN DBA is a non-profit operating under 100 Men Hall seeking to levy the members collective privileges and blessings to address both the gender and racial biases that Black women have faced for generations. The membership supports the maintenance and preservation of the 100 Men Hall.

The 100 WOMEN DBA will host two more fundraisers this summer to replenish the scholarship fund. On July 20 and August 17, there will be a summer DJ dance party inside the Hall with DJ Wildlife and DJ Side Hustle respectively.
